„I refuse such phone calls – this will not work?“
- This is only your own attitude that does not reflect the opinion of
the majority. Telemarketing results follow statistical numbers. That is
why we know that on average, e.g. in case of companies, approximately 70 %
of them may be reached at the reception – the others exist „for accounting
purposes only“ so to say. We know that out of middle managers around 50 %
will be willing to speak with us, out of top managers around 25 %, out of
regular employees around 70 % and the rest is simply not reachable –
they either refuse the call, do not pick up or we should call later. We count
with all this.
- We know that on average 20 % of those that we manage to make a phone call
with are positively inclined to the offer. This number varies according to the
attractiveness of the offer, choice of the target group and quality of addressing – i.e.
script and operators.
- Realistically we can best telemarket such products that may be easily described
by words, such as books, coffee machines, etc. I call to companies, households or
mobile phones.
„And what if it will not go well and there will be small interest?“
- The risk of big loss is minimal. Already after the first few phone calls we
see whether there is an expected interest in the product or service or not.
- Telemarketing may be stopped after one test day and we can either modify
the script or fully terminate the telemarketing. In such case, we do not charge
any cancellation fee. We only invoice for the preparation and actual executed telemarketing interviews.
- It is always less than with any other
method of sale (in person, by letter, etc.)
„I only want to pay per sold piece.“
- You are a good businessman since 100 % of the risk for the success
of your product on the market you want to transfer to us. We however do not know
the position of your product compared to your competitors` products, whether
you determined its price correctly, etc. It would be unfair to have us bear this risk.
- You receive the sales progres in the form of a report each day, which means
that we make phone calls only if the sale is active.
„Who will prepare the interview script and provide contacts?“
- It will be us. We will ask you for basic facts and write the script. We will
work on it until you start believing that its form will be successful. Only then
will we program it to a special communication software.
- We will provide contacts from our database but we can also use your contacts.
„In what form will I receive the results of the interviews?“
- It will be an Excel spreadsheet where one line will record all answers
to the questions of one person, contacts and the final result – e.g. order,
refusal, call later, etc.
- Export of orders is delivered every day or according to the need. The final
export of the whole database takes place at the end.
