„What addresses do you have?“

• We dispose of addresses of companies and independent businessmen, of private consumer addresses and then of special addresses of members of different professional groups, associations and chambers.
• We electronically process, regularly update, supplement by further information and consequently provide databases of addresses for marketing purposes. All of this in accordance with valid legislation of the Slovak Republic of course.

„How many of addresses do you have?“

• The potential of legal entities comprises 150,000 addresses, whereas 60,000 of them are joint-stock companies, limited liability companies and state enterprises.
• The potential of the private consumer address database is approximately 1.7 million of addresses.

„How often do you update your databases?“

• Principally we update our databases continuously but it also depends on the source of databases because some special databases are unique and their update would represent large repeated investments. In this case we state the age of databases and it is up to you to decide whether you are interested in them or not. In case of, for instance, corporate addresses, we execute an update on a larger scale once a month.
• As a direct marketing company we send mail. When it is returned to us as undelivered, we register this address as troublesome. Companies that only sell addresses do not do this. That is why the price of our addresses might be slightly higher – since a smaller amount of undelivered mail will be returned to you, and our addresses are of a better quality – but on the other hand you will save on the postage and the production price of mail vainly sent to wrong addresses.

„Do you provide only addresses or also other data?“

• We also provide other data – e.g. in case of companies also the number of employees, their legal form, scope of activities, turnover, type of ownership, name and position of the statutory representative, phone number, etc. In case of private addresses, we provide the most frequently requested information such as age, education, income, etc.. Of course, the work with private data is in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection.

„May I see the addresses before their purchase?“

• Yes, in the form of the so-called indication list - it is a full list but without the street, IČO, post code. On the other hand, the list may show other data on the basis of which you can make a better decision whether to buy it or not and you can mark unwanted subjects. In this way you are also able to exclude your own clients whose addresses you already have.

„Do you provide the addresses also in the electronic form, and if yes, may I use them for my own telemarketing?“

• We provide the addresses also in the electronic form – whereas we usually require a 100% advance payment before their provision.
• You may use the addresses also for your own telemarketing.

„What is the difference between the lease and sale of the addresses?“

• We principally speak of a lease of addresses. The provision of each update of your choice is subject to payment. This means that we will always provide a complete selection according to the same criteria with not only updated addresses but also new addresses.
• If you decide to use once supplied database on your own several times, you must count with the risk of obsolete addresses and you will not have new addresses. That is why we recommend to buy repeated lease of always fresh data.
