„How do you design direct marketing strategies?“
- In three steps. At first we ask you about the unique advantage of your offer.
Afterwards we find the suitable target group for addressing it. Then, according
to the size of this group and the extent of uniqueness of your offer, we determine
the optimal method of communication in relation to the price of the product.
„What does it mean practically?“
- We make an offer at first which we consequently specify.
- The offer is at the same time a project that contains a list of expected
goals, a description of target groups, phases of addressing, assumed multiplicity
and response rate, schedule of steps and division of competences. Of course, it
also includes the determination of business terms and conditions and
the project calculation.
„Do you also have any universal pieces of advice?“
- Yes – to test, to measure the response and to repeat within the principal
campaign as long as it works and the efficiency is sufficient.
- It is better to address one target group in several phases – several times,
rather than address a large group but only once.
- The first method will help you to transform your potential clients in their
way of thinking gradually from drawing their attention, through arousing their
interest and inciting their desire up to placing an order. The second method is
similar to a situation when you plant a plant but do not water it after
that - well, you cannot expect big harvest there.
