„Do you pack the mail only in envelopes or also in foil?“
- We pack the mail not only in envelopes but also in foil and we pack packages in boxes. Since we are able to assure packing of large volumes by machine and also manual packing, we can principally fulfill any complex requirements for packing – we can manage it.
- We can pack not only magazines but also 3D objects in foil.
„Is hand packing reliable?“
- Large packing lines involve a lot of lost material and long preparation time and therefore their use is meaningful only in case of several hundreds of thousands mail pieces.
- Thanks to its operability, hand packing is irreplaceable in the majority cases of direct marketing advertising campaigns and in particular in cases where testing on a smaller target group sample is necessary. The rate of reliability of correct packing is practically 100% (e.g. with 50,000 mail pieces there are approximately up to 10 pieces of wrong mailings – with the use of multiple control, this number almost reaches zero).
„In case we need to pack for instance 10,000 winings in boxes, may we bring them by a truck?“
- Yes. We have a large courtyard for truck parking and the unloading of load stored on palettes will be assured by our employees in the warehouse by means of forklifts or other necessary machinery.
- It is of course necessary to agree upon and announce any delivery of material in advance.
- We can provide boxes and assure the packing itself, including pads and marking, and preparation of palettes for removal by a distribution company.
„What do you do with the remaining materials?“
- Our dealer in charge of implementation of your order will address you and agree on the next procedure according to the number of remaining materials, whether they will be given to a recycling centre, to an incineration plant (if it concerns sensitive materials) or whether they will be shipped back to you by a courier.
- We can store the materials that are permanently used for your campaigns within our premises, by means of lease of storage area.
